Honestly, trust me!

Last night I watched the movie. When I went to bed I dreamt that...

A girl wrote AB a text saying 'I love you' and I read it. I got so furious, I saw his sent messages, where I saw his message to her saying 'Divz is my everything but I love you too'. I screamed. I saw AB going towards her...

I could not take this any longer, I had to bring her down, so I got her addicted to drugs and destroyed her. 'Hah bitch! He's mine' I said...
He left her and we both lived happily ever after

Look what a movie can do to a simple girl totally secured in her relationship, would cry to even hit a roach or a spider, has never ever thought of taking or giving drugs! The only similarity is that I live in London, GAH!

Dreams apart, Sallu is the only reason to watch this movie if you want to. While Sallu does make you smile and laugh(even his kid version with his mischief) Ajay only makes you want to tear your hair apart. Songs are very nice but most of them are a total misfit to the storyline. It is difficult to understand if Asin is the lead female actor or the lead extra :-P

Go watch it only to tell me what you dreamt after that :-)

PS : To the girls reading this, the immigration officers strip Sallu to his boxers and a tie *winks* *winks* :-)

I caught on 5 movies in the last five days - Wake Up Sid, Do Knot Disturb, All the Best, Main aur Mrs.Khanna, What's your rashee.

Here's what I think about them -

Wake Up Sid: Loved the lead characters. No filmy drama or  cheesy dialogues. Loved the cute little neighbouring kid. All of them acted very naturally and it was just like seeing the life of maybe a friend's friend. Could easily relate to it. Good music. Must watch.

Do Knot Disturb: Do not bother!
The movie is less than mediocre with Govinda trying to bring back his charm, Sushmita's added weight (lovely dresses though), Ritesh's got nothing new to offer, story so predictable and mindless.

I quite liked the 'dolly-dolly-dolly-dolly' bit though! Lara seems to have shed some pounds and many clothes(seems she shed some more in Blue). And why is Govinda doing fast numbers without a jacket on? Every time he gives a 'jhatka', his tummy shakes in one direction and his man-boobs in another, all in their own speed! Eeew!

All the Best: Funny on the lines of Golmal (both parts). Was refreshing to watch Johny Lever in a 'bhai' role after Love ke liye kuch bhi karega. Tobu anna's gang and 'Dhondu just chill' and Godse's footwear were the best bits.

Cons -
Why Fardeen and when is he going to learn to act? It was clearly a Ritesh Deshmukh role...
Bad clothes and make up...
Sanjay Dutt - its no longer hot to see you in sleeveless or shirt-less. Your tummy growing at this speed could land you as a dubbed villain in Kollywood :P
What's your rashee: I would love to call it a period film as it reflects recession. Rather than employing 12 different actors, get the job done from one, no matter how bad it turns out. Indian public will buy anything, no?

Main aur Mrs.Khanna - With the Khan brothers and that title, I expected some mindless comedy at the very least. I was sooo disappointed! What did they think would the audience like - story being wrong on so many levels or Bappi da's glittering jewellery acting better than him or a close-up of Kareena's lipstick on her teeth? The lead actors definitely need to visit the dentist sooner if not later, their teeth look so ugly in close up!

One good thing - Kareena's dresses. (The movie is still not worth watching)
My verdict - Burn all the prints!


Edited to add: All the best has some lame action scenes from 90's movies and a Bips exposing song :P
